We feel confident you will be pleased with our clean mama skincare products, but we understand there are times when you might have a change of heart after ordering. In this unlikely event, Element Mom will only accept returns for all unopened and unused products in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs (to and from us). Opened and used items cannot be returned.
If in the event our products arrived damaged, defected or you have received an incorrect order, we’re happy to get you a replacement ASAP. That’s our bad! Simply take a picture of the product and contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out for you. Because this is not your fault, we will cover the shipping cost for your replacement product and reimburse you the shipping cost on an incorrect item, if any.
Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to process. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
E-Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by law.
We've all been there with buyer's remorse or a change of heart and want to cancel immediately before the products goes out the door.
In the unlikely event of this occurring, simply email us at email@example.com ASAP with your order number and the word "Cancellation" in the subject line. We will make our best effort to help you cancel your order, but do keep in mind that we work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible to ensure timely deliveries for all our mamas, so the cancellation window is very short. We make no guarantees we can cancel your order.
