It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-8 business days to arrive when using standard shipping and 2-3 business days when using expedited shipping. This includes processing time in our fulfillment center (1-2 business days) and the transit time from our service carriers. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Once your package ships out, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.
Of course! We offer free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more to the Contiguous U.S., excluding any discounts, promotions and taxes.If you do not meet the minimum for free shipping, we do offer other affordable shipping options. Visit our shipping page HERE for more details.
We ship our products to mamas all throughout with leading U.S. carriers like UPS, Fedex, DHL and USPS.
You can track your order by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email. It usually takes 1 to 2 business days to scan the package in the carrier’s system. If you don’t see any update after 2 business days, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we only accept returns for all unopened and unused products in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please visit our Returns section HERE for more details. Please note that all gift cards are final sale, non-refundable.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days after we receive your returned items. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment.
Ahh! We hate it when it happens too! That's our bad and we take full responsibility. Let us make it right for you, ASAP. Please send us a picture of the damaged or incorrect item with the order number to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out for you. We will cover the shipping cost for your replacement product. Our apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused.

Rest assured our products NEVER EVER include sulfates, parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, silicones, phenoxyethanol or artificial colors or fragrances. We strive for clean non-toxic ingredients giving our expectant mamas peace-of-mind.
We've created a winning formula that distinguishes us from the pack. We're the first U.S. brand taking to market revolutionary K-Beauty skincare innovations coupled with 100% toxin free ingredients, specifically designed for expectant mamas.
Natural is nice, but clean is better. We believe in using naturally derived ingredients, but most importantly we only use clean toxin free ingredients in our product formulations, safe for both mama and her precious cargo.
Expiration dates are printed on product packaging and can range between 2-3 years. Once you have opened the product, it can be used for 12 months after opening. You can verify this by looking for the Period-After-Opening (PAO) symbol, which is open cream jar icon and number of months printed on the back side of the product packaging. This indicates the useful lifetime of the product after its has been opened for the first time. It's always a good idea to reference the PAO symbol to ensure you are using product within its specified shelf life.

We offer different promotions throughout a year. The main reason a promo code stops working is because it's either expired or no longer valid for a specific product. Please sign-up to our newsletter located in the footer to receive updates, access to exclusive deals, and more.
For the most part they do not have an expiration date, however for certain promotional efforts an expiration date may exist. In the event of an expiration date on gift cards, this will be communicated beforehand.
Currently, we only offer electronic gift cards, which are sent vial email.

Yes we do! The Element Mom Rewards Program is another way of saying thank you for trusting us during your pregnancy journey when you use our clean mama skincare routines. Earn points on purchases or for helping spread the word about Element Mom on social media. Once you've earned enough points, you can redeem for discount on your favorite Element Mom products. Unfortunately, no. When purchases are cancelled or returned, any reward points previously earned with the order will be deducted from your account balance.
